Unfortunately she declined and I couldn’t afford to buy her out. I liked it so much I tried talking my sister into agreeing for us to keep my Moms old house as an AirBnB so we could use it as a vacation home. The people are wonderful, the cost of living is low and the gulf is pretty too. I moved to Ocean Springs for a summer and kind of fell in love with the place. Then, my step Dad dies and my Mom was terminally I’ll with no care giver. When I would visit I would pretty much stay at her home or her and hper husband would take me to the casino to eat dinner.
